The allergens declared in every item are listed on our allergens page. Everything is cooked on the same flat-top and in the same fryers, so traces cannot be ruled out: tell the team at the counter before you order and they will tell you what is safe that day.
Yes. The Earth Burger: Redefine Meat patties, American cheese, pickles, onion, lettuce and our own sauce.
The beef comes from butchers we can name: Aux Pâturages in Paris, HG Walter in London and La Granda in Milan. It is aged two weeks. The bun is a potato bun, baked by hand to our own recipe. More on the menu page.
