These terms govern the use of dumboparis.com. Using the site means accepting them. They may change, so it is worth reading the version in force before you rely on them.

What the site is

An information site. It presents Dumbo, its menu and its restaurants. It takes no bookings, handles no orders and processes no payments. Where an order or a delivery is possible, the site points to the platform that provides it, and that platform's own terms apply to what you do there.

Access

We do our best to keep the site available and working, without promising that it always will be. Access may be suspended or interrupted without liability on our part, in particular for maintenance and updates, because of a fault on the internet or on your own equipment, because of an intrusion or a virus, or because of any event beyond our control.

Content

Menus, prices where shown, opening hours, addresses and photographs are given for guidance. We take care to keep them accurate, but they are not a contractual commitment: a dish can be unavailable, an address can change its hours.

Allergen and ingredient information is given in the restaurant. If you have an allergy, tell the team at the counter before ordering rather than relying on this site.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its texts, photographs, drawings and graphic elements belong to us and are protected by French intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or reuse them for public or commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Framing a page of this site inside another site is not allowed.

The site links to other sites: delivery platforms, press articles, social networks. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they contain or for what they do with your data.
